| Transportation Services The RSVP Senior Medical Transportation Program provides rides to seniors in Oneida County who are unable to access or qualify for other transportation services. RSVP knows how important regular medical care is to your well being and ability to remain independent. RSVP can provide rides in and out of Oneida County for medical appointments. RSVP utilizes caring Volunteer Drivers to provide transportation services. The RSVP Senior Medical Transportation Program is a free service but the program does rely on outside funding sources which can be difficult to obtain. Donations are encouraged and appreciated. All donations go directly back into the transportation program so we can continue to provide rides to those who need it most. Volunteer Drivers RSVP Volunteer Drivers provide an invaluable service to the community by providing medical transportation to seniors who otherwise may not receive the necessary medical care they need. Volunteer Drivers receive mileage reimbursement, excess accident and personal liability insurance, annual recognition luncheon and receive the bi-monthly RSVP Review. Volunteer Drivers choose how often and when they provide rides based on their availability and the location and time of the ride.
